We offer the following Video Memberships:

1. FREE Membership and Trial period for the first 30 days (ONE 30 second video)
2. $19.99 – Annual Membership (ONE 30 second video)
3. $59.99 – Annual Membership (up to SIX 30 second videos)
4. $99.99 – Annual Membership (up to SIX 90 second videos)

The ONLY valid video type we accept are mp4 videos. This is the most common video type being used in the industry today. If you’re video type is other than mp4, such as 3gp (smartphone video), you must first convert it to mp4. Thanks for your understanding.

FREE video uploads are limited to 30 seconds. A video of 31 seconds cannot be uploaded. You will need to edit and shorten your video to be 30 seconds or less.

For the premium membership, the same applies to 90 second videos, e.g., a 91 second video cannot be uploaded.

Also, we presently accept videos up to 25MB. Any video greater that 25MB cannot be uploaded.

Most issues can be resolved by a simply repeating the process. If your video doesn’t upload, try again. If it fails on the second time, try some of the following steps:

• Use a different web device, such as a different cellular device, laptop or personal computer
• Disable any browser extensions or ad-blocking software that might interfere while uploading
• Update your browser to the most recent version to ensure compatibility
• End or pause any activities on your network that might be consuming bandwidth (online games, other uploads or downloads, etc etc.)

If none of these steps help to correct the problem Contact Us with a detailed description of everything you’ve tried and the results you’re getting. We understand families may want individual access to a loved one’s video without having to share a common login. When an original video is uploaded, up to 6 family members (or subordinate accounts) can be associated with each master account. Simply visit your Account page and add the additional subordinate accounts – each with their own unique email address and password.

For premium membership, accounts will be suspended the first day renewal payment is not received. However, accounts and videos are not automatically deleted, and can easily be reinstated. Simply log into your Account and make a payment.
